Online Store 2.0 Themes (New User Guide)

Online Store 2.0 themes provide the flexibility to build your store pages in a block-based customizer. If you're using a 2.0 theme, this new user guide is for you.

Please follow these steps to add WhatsApp contact button to your product page (Theme OS2.0)

  1. Go to WhatsApp Chat Widget > Button

  2. Choose an account from your added account list

  3. Go to Customize

  4. Add WhatsApp block to your desired position on product page

  5. Customize and save

Vintage Themes

Vintage themes include earlier theme versions which didn't come with app block features. If you're not sure your theme is vintage or 2.0, please feel free to contact us.

If you want to show a specific support member on product pages, you can activate the WhatsApp button. Please follow these simple steps to do it:

  1. Go to WhatsApp Chat Widget > Button

  2. Choose an account from your added account list

  3. Design the button color and text to meet your needs

  4. Show the button on product page

In the Design tab, you will be able to customize the button with different color and text.

  1. Button label: Some greetings to welcome your customers, i.e., "Have questions? Chat with us"

  2. Button style: Customize button shape, background/text color.

Then, all you need to do is to enable WhatsApp button: This will show the member contact as a WhatsApp button under Add to Cart button on all product pages.

You can add more than one agent to product pages, such as technical support and wholesale support, etc. With an avatar, your WhatsApp button looks like the first button. Without an avatar, it looks like the second one.
