How to add Vario swatches to different themes?

The app effects can't be applied to an unpublished theme or theme trial preview. It will be added to your currently published theme.

If you wish to take an app preview on your unpublished theme, please download the theme file and send us.

Is it possible to change the swatch color and have the product images changed as well to the correlating color?

Yes, it’s supposed to change the single product image when its corresponding swatch is selected. In order to have the corresponding variant image properly changed, please make sure to add image to each product variant.

Is Vario free to use?

Vario is free forever for early merchants. These early adopters have full access to all of the Vario app’s features including lifetime updates.

This means if you already got Vario on your store, you won't have to pay for any monthly subscription fees. Cheers!

How do I know if Vario works with my current theme?

You can find an extensive list of Vario’s compatible themes.

How do I display custom image swatches?

From Shopify admin, go to Vario > click Refresh to get all variant options listed. Then you can choose a particular option and its respective style as Color/Custom image swatch. A list of variant names will show up and from there you can upload, replace, or delete custom image swatches.
