When would you need to clear browser cookies?

Here are some scenarios when you find the app is acting weird:

  • Plain screen: You visit the app but it looks blank with no specific error notice:

  • False install: You are certain that you have already deleted the app, but you visit the app listing page and it looks like the app is still installed.
