How to publish extra product options

There are a variety of factors to affect the visibility of extra product options on the product pages.

When you're not seeing EXPO section added to your product pages, please double-check these settings.

App Status & App Embed is ON?

From EXPO app, go to Settings > App Status and make sure the app is activated.

Alternatively, you can enable app embed by going to Online Store > Current theme > Customize.

In case you see a prompt asking if you want to override recent theme customizations, please click Override and save changes.

Products are assigned with an option set?

From EXPO app, expand your current option set > go to Products and check if it is already showing the number of active products.

The option set is enabled?

Please make sure the option set is activated, meaning you can see the green light on the option set's row.

The theme is published?

Extra product options will automatically work on a published theme, not theme preview or theme trial.

Please navigate to your Online Store > Themes, and make sure the theme you are viewing or testing is your current theme.
